** E-BIKE = bicicletta a pedalata assistita. Incluso nel tour: caschetto e una bottiglietta d’acqua. È obbligatorio indossare capi sportivi

e scarpe da ginnastica (non saranno ammessi partecipanti con infradito, sandali o scarpe con il tacco). L’età minima richiesta per

partecipare al tour è di 14 anni compiuti. In caso di condizioni meteo avverso l’escursione potrebbe essere cancellata.

** E-BIKE = pedal-assist bicycle. The excursion includes: helmet and a bottle of water. Appropriate sportswear and footwear are

recommended (no flip flop or sandal or high-hill shoes). Minimum age of the partecipants 14y. In case of bad weather the tour

cuold be cancelled.

Le escursioni guidate sono comprese nella Cinque Terre Card. Per i non possessori il costo è di € 2,50.

The tours/excursions are for free for Cinque Terre Card owner and cost € 2,50 per person for the non-owners.

È obbligatorio l’uso di scarpe da trekking. In condizione di meteo avverse il calendario potrà subire modifiche.

Appropriate footwear is recommended. In case of bad weather the tour/excursion could be cancelled.
