The Park in harmony with nature and its traditions. From May to October, a calendar featuring over 150 guided hikes and visits, free of charge and included in the Cinque Terre Card services (both train and trekking). Departures always take place from one of the Park's Info Points located at the train stations of the Cinque Terre (except for excursions in the Tramonti area).

There are places that have had the fortune of being immortalized through the words and images of writers and artists. Monterosso and the Cinque Terre are among them. In our protected area, attentive travelers can rediscover the inspirations and traces of one of the greatest poets of the 20th century, Nobel Prize winner Eugenio Montale, within a powerful and largely unspoiled natural and scenic setting, crystallized on the canvases of Telemaco Signorini, a muse for artists and writers.
