On foot         Great Interest: Panorama Great Interest: Hystory
  • Forward time:  40 minutes
  • Return time: 1 hour/s 10 minutes
  • Length: 0.911 km
  • Difference in height: 408m

The route 536 branches off from the route 504 at an altitude of 417 m, near some isolated buildings in an area where cultivated plots and holm oak forests mix together. Climbing down a comfortable stone mule track, one reaches the fork with the route 535 coming from Campiglia. The two routes join one with the other along a 250-m-long downhill stretch, in an area with a low acclivity cultivated with grapevine. Once reached the altitude of 259 m, the route 535 goes on in a slight slope on the right, whereas the route 536 climbs down the staircase towards the built-up area of Monesteroli, which is now in sight.
