The first stretch of dirt road is level then, 800 meters ahead, in the place called Cerricò, it divides. A flat stretch leads to the starting point of 530C (Scala Santa), while a paved branch descends on the left to the place called Casarino, where a connection links it to trail 593 to the Montenero Sanctuary and the village of Riomaggiore. The dirt road continues apparently flat until Volastra, crossing trails 501, 502 and 506V. The whole trail is suitable for cycling.
It must be noted that the left side of the track is provided with low-amperage wildlife fencing to prevent the ungulates to spoil the vineyards.
