Sanctioning Process MPA

1. Violation of the rules
2. Investigation by the harbormaster's office
3. Investigation report - notification for the lawbreaker: 30 days to provide defense papers
4. Immediate transmission of the investigation report to the Park Authority
5. Sanction imposition order (30 days after the notification of the investigation report): 60 days for the reduced payment
6. Court's order to pay (60 days after the notification of the investigation report): 30 days for the reduced payment
7. Compulsory Enforcement (30 days after the notification of the court's order to pay)
8. Communication to the institutions in charge of the collection of the owed money
