• The meeting with the guide is at the Monterosso railway station (Cinque Terre Info Point), at 9.30 a.m.
• Difficulty level: E - for hikers

The Foraging activity consists in the recognition of spontaneous herbs of our territory, suitable for culinary use. The guide will show you these herbs and let you smell their fragrances. They will also explain to you the recipes in which they are most used in local cuisine.
